Terms of Use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply to every mobile app published by 2020 Apps SIA (Latvia; “2020 Apps”, “we”, “us”) and to the website 2020apps.io. By downloading or using our apps you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If an app shows its own additional terms, those apply to that app as well.

1. Using our apps

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the apps, try to get around paid features, or use them in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

2. Not medical advice

Some of our apps support wellbeing, for example by estimating stress from heart rate variability or helping you cut down on alcohol, smoking or gambling. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Scores and insights are estimates. Talk to a doctor about any health concern, and if you feel unwell or are in danger, contact your local emergency number.

3. Apps that work with other services

Some apps help you manage your own account on another service by performing, at your request, the same actions you could take in that service yourself. For these apps:

4. AI features

Where an app includes an AI assistant or generated content, replies are produced automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

6. Your content

What you write or record in our apps belongs to you. It is stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy), so if you delete the app or lose the device, it may be gone. Keep your device backed up if this matters to you.

7. Our rights

The apps, their design, characters, texts and code belong to 2020 Apps SIA or our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to our names, logos or trademarks.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering an app or a feature. If we discontinue an app you have an active subscription for, you can request a refund from Apple. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses an app.

9. Disclaimer

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our apps is limited to the amount you paid us for the app concerned in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim there. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
